Some problems with book downloading can be solved by trying the download again using a stable WIFI connection. TextbookHub does not recommend that you download using a data plan, as data connections can be unstable and result in download errors.

It's a good idea to connect to a stable internet connection periodically even if you have not experienced any download problems. This ensures:

• Your account is up-to-date
• You can access newly purchased books and extensions 
• You can access recent media overlays added by your teacher
