At time of writing, there are 3 types of schools on the TextbookHub platform: 

1. Full service schools 
2. BJUP + SIS schools
3. Self-Onboarded schools

Full-service schools

Full-service schools rostering has been set up by the Account Manager for that school. Any problems in rostering should go directly to the dedicated Account Manager. 

BJUP + SIS Schools

A BJUP+SIS school is a school that purchases BJUP worktexts AND has an SIS integration with TextbookHub.  Because the SIS ('student information system") is integrated with the TBH system, names and details of students and teachers load automatically into the TBH platform. 

Schools in this category need to match specific textbooks with the correct course/course section. 

School staff should refer to this set up article. It outlines how school administrators should match specific textbooks to the correct course/course section, then assign and distribute the books.  Administrators can also contact BJUPsupport@textbookhub.com for additional support if needed.

Self-onboarded Schools

A self-onboarded school is a school that uses BJUP worktexts AND has opted to perform their own rostering. Both administrators and teachers have roles to play in the set up. Some schools prefer that administrators do both parts. That is fine, but note that administrators will need the TBH log-on credentials from every individual teacher in order to complete the second part.  You can see the how-to articles for the two-part process here  and here.
